FixUpPix.com reserves the right to terminate the access of any person to any part of the system, with or without cause and will report any unlawful use or abuse of its systems to the proper authorities and will prosecute all unlawful conduct (including threats thereof) to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to change the terms, rates, and fees posted at any time, for any reason.
Purchases: FixUpPix.com will provide a watermarked sample of all work before it is purchased. This image is provided to the customer to assure that all quality expectations have been met. If the watermark is obscuring an essential portion of the image needed for the customer to certify that their expectation of quality has been met, it is the customer's responsibility to request an un-obscured sample of that area. Payment via Google Checkout and/or PayPal certifies that all expectations and assurances of quality have been met and that the customer is satisfied with the work that has been completed. All sales are final.
Multiple Photo Policy: FixUpPix.com strives to achieve customer satisfaction. To achieve this, FixUpPix.com allows its customers the ability to preview a photo before they pay. In an effort to reduce fraudulent and/or misleading transactions, FixUpPix.com shall only complete repairs of three images per user until a payment is received and a transaction is completed. Upon receipt of payment, FixUpPix.com shall resume working on the customer's images. FixUpPix.com reserves the right to request additional payment for services rendered before completing additional work. Further, FixUpPix.com reserves the right to refuse to perform work at any time, for any reason.
